In the event that LeseUp Trading allows you to download any software or files from the Website, the Company licenses such software and files to you for your personal, non-commercial use only. LeseUp Trading may allow such purchases within its website or may connect you with a third party affiliate. At that time, you will be directed to a Third Party Website to make the purchase. Subscription

At its sole discretion, LeseUp Trading may adjust the prices of its services, subscriptions or access. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, any price changes will be effective after notice is sent to you by email.
Once made, monthly payments are non-refundable. Cancellations of any future monthly payments can be made at any time.
You can cancel LeseUp Trading services at any time and stop all future monthly payments. Said cancellation must be made by the user’s account or, if applicable, by generate a Help Desk Ticket, with the subject “Subscription Cancellation” at least three (3) business days before its expiration cycle. Your billing cycle begins the day you create your account and runs for a period of thirty (30) days thereafter.
